Applicants may apply online on our website by selecting the Apply now button.

After completing the application process by means of submitting all the relevant documents and paying the required fee amount, you will later then be sent an email on how to proceed going forward.

A transcript request must be completed online on our website on the Admissions page or by visiting the campus.

>   First time request of a transcript will take up to 20 working days.

>   Second time request of a transcript will take up to 10 working days, more or less.


NB: We currently do not offer any express services for transcripts.

NB: The processing of a transcript begins only after the fee is paid and the proof of payment is acknowledge.

An Add / Drop form is used to add or drop a course that you want to or no longer want to take part in the active semester.


NB:  Please note the add/drop period is normally the 2 first weeks at the beginning of a semester, failing to complete an Add/Drop may result in a student having to pay for a course that they didn't drop in time or being unable to add a new course in time.

A Transcript is your school's documentation of your academic performance. It will list your classes, grades, credit hours, major(s), minor(s), and other academic information.


NB: Official Transcripts are not given to students however they may receive an unofficial copy.

Returning students must complete an online Resumption Form from the Admissions page which will be submitted to the Registry Department for approval.

READMISSION FORM: Cost $1,500.00.

A student may check their balance by logging into the Family Portal on FACT with their family user credentials or by contacting the Fees Unit for an invoice or statement.

Payment plan information can be downloaded from Ren Web / Fact Sis from the School Tab menu by clicking on Resource Documents and downloading it or by requesting a copy from the Fees Unit.

We currently use Google Classroom to deliver content to our students.

FACT SIS is the student information system that is used to store student information, it provides student with resources and is the means by which students are able to view their grades and select courses. .

All courses can be selected within FACT SIS once you are registered, enrolled and your account has been setup.


To find the course selection section, log onto ren web, check on the student tab, scroll down to course request, within course request scroll down until you see the select course drop down boxes and select from the available pool of courses and click save.

Sign into Fact Sis / Ren web, access the resources section and download a Requisition Form and email the Registry Unit the completed form.

First you can sign into Google chrome with your student email address, click on Google Apps, scroll down the list and select Classroom. Your classes will appear in the classroom list once you have been added to the classes. Please see video below for further clarity.


NB: Please ensure that you are signed in using your IUC student email when trying to access your classes on Google Classroom, otherwise your classes will not appear on screen.

To sign on into Fact Sis / Ren web simply visit FACTS SIS >Family Portal Login and enter the District Code "IUC-JAM", your student id#, password and then click login.

Your Student ID / Password is incorrect or your Fact Sis account is not yet fully registered. If you have forgotten your password you can use the forget password option to update your password. Please contact the Registry Department for assistance in you still have an issue.

Ensure that you are signed in with your correct student email address, Google Classroom will not show your classes otherwise.
The Classes that you have registered for may not be offering in that current semester or you have outstanding balances. Please contact the Fees or Registry Department for assistance if you still have issues.
